We went over to CW’s Grandma’s earlier today and she helped me work on my Cuddly Bunny. CW’s mum was there too and we all agreed there are some weird things about the pattern. For one, we didn’t like the ears or the face… so Grandma found a pattern with bunnies by Jean Greenhowe and I’m going to alter the length to suit this Cuddly.

Joining in Knitting in Pink’s contest — Post pictures of 3 of your Favourite Things about where you live on your blog. The contest ended at the end of March, but I just found out about it via Wiknits. I thought I’d participate for fun because I’m going home on Saturday and certainly feeling nostalgic.

1. Vancouver (my gorgeous city). Mountains and ocean in the same view.

2. CW visiting Vancouver in the summer. This photo is on the beach. Beaches in the summer are great — we got Chinese takeout and watched the sunset.

3. My kitty! This is my Henry (Sir Henry McSquishington Fluffybutt). Isn’t he innocent looking? He sleeps in my bed… even when I haven’t been home for 6 months! My mom said that a few weeks ago he was sleeping with his head on my pillow next to Pooh Bear (yes I have my pooh bear still on my bed). I told her next time to take a photo for me!!
