Spotted today after work:

I love seeing the horses walking around downtown.

I also absolutely love hearing the sound of their hooves on the pavement!

    Hooves on the pavement, the clink of the bridles and the squeak of the leather saddles. Awesome! (And a Belgian, too! I adore draft horses!)

    I miss the mounted police in town. Aside from loving horses, I think they helped make the officers seem more approachable…

    We have mounted police here in Albany too, but I rarely see them.
