I’ve decided to extend the Spring Cleaning Challenge to June 1st because it just isn’t Spring yet! I haven’t gotten into the Spring Cleaning mode yet, and from the sounds of it around the blogosphere, no one is really experiencing a full Spring yet.

Also, I’ve fixed the button — a number of people were experiencing issues with it and it was technical and all my fault, my apologies. It should work now!

And on a third note, I will be moving sometime in April/May so hopefully that will kick my butt in gear for Spring Cleaning! Any tips / suggestions for moving for the first time would be much appreciated!

Lastly, the Declutter Challenge Blog is a little nakie, I would love to get some hints and tips published from people around the blogosphere (and will credit you with a link) so if you have anything you’d like to share, please comment or email me! Thanks!

Chico has whiskers so he should be an honourary member of Whiskers on Wednesday… what do you think Jessi? Hehhe anyway, Petcetera is unfortunately going out of business, but that means that their stock is 20%-70% of everything! So I went to go check out the deals and get a scratching post for Henry.

I found a collapsible rabbit hutch that is perfect for Chico to romp in which is much better than the bathtub in my opinion. Also, this bird toy was perfect for Chico once dismantled — it’s made of Aspen which is a chin-friendly wood.

I am going on semi-haitus until further notice; for personal reasons and time issues I am cutting down on my internet obligations. I don’t want the blog to feel neglected, so I am officially putting blogging on hold. Please feel free to leave a message or contact me if you need/want to. I will still be checking email but I won’t be visiting many blogs.

ETA: I am changing it to semi-haitus. Prior I was updating nearly daily… I’m going to update a couple times a week. We’ll slowly work the blog back into priority, but for now it’s on the back burner (but still cooking I promise!) Woooah metaphors!

It’s my Golden/Champagne birthday! Turning the same age as the day you were born on. I know some of you are going to guffaw at my age… but I don’t really act like most 21 year olds.

Anyway, this afternoon I’m meeting up with friends for bowling and then afterwards starters and drinks at a local restaurant I like. Then on Sunday night we’re having family dinner.

The photo is of me on my 2nd birthday. Some of you may remember seeing it last year — it’s too cute not to repost!

1. Why do we have to wake up in the morning?
2. Twirling my hair and biting my lips are now habits.
3. I have the cutest pets in the world (according to me).
4. I had never heard the phrase “never say never” and it didn’t make me think of Disney movies.
5. I’m just gonna hole myself up in my room the way I always do.
6. How was I to know that moving out would be so scary?
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to visiting Camp during Spring Break, tomorrow my plans include CELEBRATING MY CHAMPAGNE BIRTHDAY and Sunday, I want to relax and EAT PIE with my families (I requested Pumpkin Pie as birthday cake)!

I have more I want to write but I am sick and tired of staring at the computer screen Maybe I’ll update this post later.
