I’m glad to hear this wasn’t the traditional Nicky Sparks…I think he needed to liven things up. My mom has this one and will be guest reviewing for me soon. It’ll be refreshing to hear from her I think.

Good to hear this one’s satisfying. I’ve been a little skeptical lately mostly because the few books of his I’ve read lately have been “meh” at best but I may give him another chance with this one.

I’m with Jessi, I just can’t read his books anymore! The last straw for me was when he killed off a dog in one… I just couldn’t take the emotional turmoil anymore. LOL

Sounds like a great book! I’ll have to look for it and give it a read. You’ve got my curiosity up – I’d definitely like to know what happens with the characters, and the situations they encounter!

So, was the traditional “Nicholas Sparks” heartbreak in there at the end? I swear, I just can’t read his books. I end up sobbing every time.
