New Nano! Genius!

When I saw the new Apple iPod Nanos, I wanted them so badly! The blue one is absolutely gorgeous and finally more than 8GB — they’re all available in 16GB.

Then I watched the new demo video and was introduced to the new iPod Genius. You can ask for similar/recommended songs while you’re listening to your iPod. Mewants mewants… Luckily, iTunes updated with the same feature (they even suggest songs you don’t have yet… wanting you to purchase them from the iTunes store).

I’m still tempted by the gorgeous 16GB blue nano, my only problem is the nano doesn’t feel very substantial in my hand and I’m scared I’ll drop it. Right now I do need to save my money, but it’s fun to dream!

    Yeah those sure are an improvement over my little IPOD shuffle.

    The first thing I noticed when I saw these is how similar they look to the Microsoft Zune. That said, I do LOVE the bright colours!

    As for Genius – it’s a cool idea. I’ve been testing out a similar addition to my Zune parketplace and so far, it’s worked great!
