Autumn Reading

September 18th, 2008 by monnibo

Autumn is starting, and kids are heading back to school–does the changing season change your reading habits? Less time? More? Are you just in the mood for different kinds of books than you were over the summer?

Great Booking Through Thursday question this week! I have to admit though, that like my knitting, seasons don’t affect my habits. I like to read what I want, when I want. However, that being said, I was recently contacted by a publisher asking me to become a book blog review for them. I agreed (very excitedly!) and selected some titles from their fall list. So I suppose I’m still picking my own books, but from a more precise selection!

P is for… Punk Rock

Woo! Punk Rock Music is my fave!

A painting I did in art class in high school — the cover of Rancid’s Indestructible.

That’s more like it! (P.S. — it’s alphabetical!)

I’m on the far right… little rebel! My sister is in the middle, and my cousin is on the left. Ignore the big crease down the middle, I think my mom folded it because it wasn’t a very “good” photograph. I think it’s hilarious!
