I resent the insinuation that I mistreat my cat… he goes in voluntarily and enjoys it immensely
Just look at how happy he is here — a purring machine:

Our cat Jack *loves* to get into bags and boxes! Then we call him “Jack in the Box”. ;-)

What a lovely cat! We have been without a cat for a couple of years now due to old age, but I think it is now time to get another one.
My cat used to play like that right up until she died at the age of 18. There is nothing quite like it.

that’s tiger, too… loves a good bag! (i am jealous of the purring thing though… tiger doesn’t purr unless demonstrating his dominance over stuffed animals and my sweaters. all together now: EEEEWWWW!)

So cute! My cat loves climbing into bags too. And he especially loves boxes. He is like one of those children that makes do with household items as toys and doesn’t need all the fancy store bought ones. :-)
