C is for…

CW

Just in time for Valentines Day.

We met at a Children’s Horse Camp where we both worked; his family in Canada own the Ranch and I worked as a Leader. We’d known each other as friends for a couple years, but in 2005 we started dating. It was July 29, 2005, one day before CW’s 18th Birthday. I was 17 and a month later we had to say goodbye (so difficult) and continue dating long distance. We’ve been together for over 2.5 years now – and I’m living in England with CW.

My Graduation from High School – June 2006. CW came to Canada early (usually comes in late June) but he came in late May just so he could take my to my Graduation.

Summer 2006: Playland on the Log Ride.

Christmas 2006. This was the second Christmas I spent in England.

Summer 2007: We went to Kitsilano Beach with Chinese Take-out and watched the Sunset. Gorgeous shots of Vancouver.

New Years – Bringing in 2008

CHICO my CHINCHILLA

Right now my best friend EC is taking care of Chico. I wouldn’t dream of trying to transport a rodent to England and EC pampers and spoils Chico so much, as does EC’s mom. I talked to him today and he said between him and his mom, Chico gets a daily romp around EC’s bedroom and a dust bath. They’ve just bought him some chewing blocks that are natural grapewood because he normally chews the shelves in his cage. He’s not going to want to come home – he’s too spoiled at EC’s house!
