Today was Ginger’s Birthday. Rachel came over to my house in the morning and we started baking a cake. We decided on Devil’s Chocolate Food Cake… but when we put it in the pan, we were shocked at how little there was. So we doubled the recipe and when it was rising, it actually inflated! But the middle was still wiggley so we couldn’t ice it. We packed it in a towel and put it in the trunk, planning to ice it on the break.
